挣脱生态牢笼的路径探幽——《共产党宣言》中马克思生态思想解读

《共产党宣言》蕴含着深刻的生态思想,其体系以人、社会、自然整体为背景,其核心观点认为生态问题是由资本主义生产方式引起的.马克思在唯物史观视野下,科学论证了资产阶级的所有制必然灭亡、共产主义必然实现的历史发展逻辑,廓清了人与人、人与自然之间双重和解的演化路径.其中关于科技提升、市场拓展、交通和通信发展等引起世界市场“生态扩张”的思想,对全球化程度日益加深境况下“生态文明”和“人类命运共同体”的构建具有重大的理论和实践指导价值.     

文化认知中定向思维模式的建构与解构——以中国少数民族文化范式为研究视阈

定向思维模式的建构与解构实际上反映出认知结构的二重性特征，两者在文化认知活动中可互为挹注共存于对立统一关系里。因此，对中国少数民族文化范式的研究，不仅要重视建构之功能催生的符号化文化构成，还应关注解构之功能显现的非常见的文化元素。同时，只有弄清楚定向思维模式的建构与解构在文化认知中的意涵，才能明确定向思维模式的“趋向”和“专注”特点以及“惰化”和“孤立”倾向，从而为牵及民族文化事项的认知固化与迁移提供理论工具并用以指导多元文化实践。     

Gender,Work and Organization: A gender–work–organization analysis

This article, celebrating 25 year of Gender, Work and Organization, reflects on some of the events that led to establishing the journal. It proceeds to consider the three central elements that have inspired the journal ‐ gender, work and organization ‐ and how they have become more problematic, perhaps much more problematic, over the lifetime of the journal. Indeed, paradoxically, these shift have occurred at the same time as GWO and the field of which it is part have become more established. Just as the field of gender and organizations has become more legitimate area of study, the concept of ‘gender’ has become more complex, more contested, less certain. This also applies to the notion of ‘organization’, perhaps less so to ‘work’. The latter part of the article considers what happens when one views the GWO itself in terms of gender‐work‐organization analysis, and how such questions may develop in the future.     

医生的信息-情感交互模式对移动问诊服务满意度的影响——基于“激励-保健”理论的分析

移动问诊服务日益成熟，但患者满意度仍有待提高。现有研究对医患交互过程关注不足，且忽略患者不满意评价的影响因素。为此，本文引入"激励-保健"理论视角，研究医生的信息-情感交互模式对移动问诊服务满意及不满的影响机制。本文筛选国内某领先移动问诊平台中的300次医患沟通记录，采用"先定性后定量"的混合研究方法对数据进行分析。其中，定性研究旨在识别医生交互模式的细分维度，定量研究则用于提出并验证不同交互模式与患者满意及不满的关系。研究发现，医生的信息交互模式是移动问诊服务满意度的保健因素，而情感交互模式是激励因素。结论丰富了移动问诊服务患者满意度的研究框架，对改善医生行为和医疗服务APP设计提供了指导。     

Nonprofit organizations in between the nonprofit and market spheres: Shifting goals,governance and management?

In spite of the belief instilled by the New Public Management reforms that nonprofit organizations (NPOs) can benefit from more management, more measurement and more market practices, systematic knowledge on the organizational effects of NPOs incorporating business practices in their day‐to‐day functioning remains absent to date. This research note addresses this limitation by reviewing 49 research articles. The focus lies on the redefinition of nonprofits' mission and income streams, changing governance arrangements and shifting management practices. We find that, despite numerous detrimental effects cited in the literature, (a) generating commercial income can contribute to the financial stability of NPOs, and (b) hybridization towards the market domain can strengthen the organizational legitimacy of NPOs, suggesting that imitating for‐profit enterprises might contribute to nonprofit functioning in perception, rather than in practice.     

The disaster relief and social work after the Wenchuan earthquake in Mainland China

ABSTRACT

This paper mainly focuses on the development of disaster social work in Mainland China and the intervention of social work in disaster relief. Before the Wenchuan earthquake and in the initial stage of post-earthquake, disaster social work was mainly based on individual psychotherapy; from the earthquake to the year of 2012 in which post-earthquake recovery and reconstruction was completed, the disaster relief began to emphasise community building and integration, while the basic framework for disaster social work was also established. Social workers begin to explore the new mode of developmental and localised disaster social work. By combining with the practical experiences from disaster social work, this paper tries to highlight the dilemmas confronting disaster relief in Mainland China and put forward some corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which could improve the future disaster relief system in Mainland China.     

政府与社会公益组织间互动原因研究--以河南省J志愿者协会为例

社会公益组织作为传播正能量的社会团体，是政府与社会组织的公益性的连结点。政府需要公益组织连接社会成员需求，获得社会认可；公益组织也希望得到政府的鼓励，获得公益影响。政府与公益组织良性互动的原因在于政府权威与社会自由之间的平衡。通过研究河南省J志愿者协会的发展现状，阐释了政府与公益组织良性发展的原因是政府职能边界的模糊性、公益组织的目标与政府具有一致性和公益组织必须适应环境的要求。     

台湾社区总体营造的运行模式探析

台湾在二十世纪的八十年代末至九十年代,特别是在解除戒严体制之后,越来越多的人开始关心他们所居住的社区,出现了所谓的社区总体营造。及至至今,台湾的社区总体营造可谓风生水起,对台湾的发展,特别是台湾人民的生活起到了非常重要的作用。在当今经济社会全球一体化的大背景下,台湾社区总体营造模式能成功实施并延续至今,这对于大陆地区所开展的新农村建设具有重要的借鉴价值。     

观赏植物品种文化负载名的歇后式英译模式建构

观赏植物品种文化负载名因中英文化的差异,翻译起来颇有难度,因此翻译中避繁就简、文化缩水的倾向屡见不鲜。受中国歇后语结构的启发,建构植物品种文化负载名的歇后式英译模式,即"迻译—解译",旨在为此类翻译提供一种思路,尽可能减少英译时的文化缺损。     

以服务基层为导向的全科医学人才培养模式的探索

当前，我国基层卫生技术人员队伍建设相对滞后，已经成为制约基层卫生机构发展的瓶颈。医学院校充分发挥人才培养职能，积极探索符合基层医疗服务特点的全科医生培养模式，对推动我国基层医疗卫生服务质量的提高，促进我国医药卫生体制改革的深化具有重要作用。本文对现阶段我国全科医学人才培养中存在的问题进行了分析，介绍了开展全科医学教育的重要意义，并结合辽宁医学院的工作实践，提出了以服务基层为导向的全科医学人才培养的建议和措施。
